Help with installing Pro, your licence and bugs in Pro items comes by email, from the person who builds it.
How to reach us
The support address is published here when sales open. Until then, questions about the free library go to its GitHub issues.
What to include
- The first 16 characters of your key (
snowpro_and 8 more) or the email you bought with. Never send the whole key: if you did by mistake, ask for a new one. - The command you ran and its full output.
- Versions: the shadcn CLI, React, Next.js (for templates) and
@holakirr/snow-uiif you use the package too. - For a bug in an item: what you expected, and what happened.
What support covers
- Installing and updating Pro items, and registry errors.
- Your licence: keys, seats, transfers, refunds and invoices.
- Bugs in Pro templates and blocks.
It doesn’t cover building your product around them; and bugs in the free components belong in the snow-ui issues.
