Refund policy
If snow-ui Pro isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days.

14 days, no questions asked
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full, whether or not you have downloaded anything. Telling us why is welcome but optional.
How to ask
Email [contact email — to be added] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through [payment provider — to be added]. We start them within two business days of your request; when the money reaches you depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
What happens to the licence
A refund ends your licence: your licence key stops working at once, and you must stop using the Pro code and remove it from the projects you are developing (see section 10 of the licence).
After 14 days
We don’t normally refund later purchases. We still will when the law requires it, when you were charged twice or for the wrong plan, or when Pro doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.
Changing plans
Bought the wrong plan, or your team has grown? Write to us before buying again: we will credit what you paid towards the bigger plan.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is quicker for both of us. A chargeback is treated like a refund and ends the licence.

This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you; it doesn’t replace them.
