Terms of sale

The terms on which we sell snow-ui Pro licences. The licence itself says what you may do with the code.

1. Who sells snow-ui Pro

snow-ui Pro is sold by [seller’s legal name — to be added] (“we”, “us”). Payments are processed by [payment provider — to be added]. If that provider acts as the merchant of record, it is the reseller of your order and its own checkout terms apply to the payment as well.

2. What you buy

A licence to use the snow-ui Pro source code under the snow-ui Pro licence, for the number of developers of the plan you choose, with 12 months of updates. The code is delivered as digital content through the @snow-ui-pro registry, which you access with a licence key. Plans and what they include are described on the pricing page.

Before you buy, the live previews and the documentation show what the Product does and what it needs (React, Tailwind CSS, the shadcn CLI). Please check that it suits your project.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page at the time of your order. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken in full when you order; it is a one-time payment, not a subscription. We never see or store your card details: the payment provider handles them.

4. Delivery

When the payment provider confirms your payment, we email your licence key to the address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to [contact email — to be added].

5. Your right to cancel

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase under our refund policy, even after you have downloaded items. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, our refund policy gives you at least the same; nothing in these terms takes that right away.

6. Updates and availability

During the 12 months of updates we may release new templates, blocks and versions; we don’t promise a schedule. Templates described as in progress aren’t part of what you buy until they are released. We aim to keep the registry available, but it may be down for maintenance or failures; the code you already installed doesn’t depend on it.

7. Support

We help by email with installing, updating, your licence and bugs in Pro items, as described on the support page.

8. Your licence key

You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. We may replace a key that has leaked, and suspend one that is used against the licence, as the licence describes.

9. Liability

The Product is provided as the licence describes, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you ordered apply to your order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [country or state — to be added]. If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems are solved by email. This doesn’t limit your right, as a consumer, to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

12. Contact

Questions about an order: [contact email — to be added].
